Article 104 Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 In Article 22(5) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013, the following subparagraph is added: ‘When adopting delegated acts pursuant to the first subparagraph concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/… of the European Parliament and of the Council * + , the requirements set out in Title III, Chapter 2 of that Regulation shall be taken into account. ________________ * Regulation (EU) 2024/… of the European Parliament and of the Council of … laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (Artificial intelligence act) and amending certain Union legislative acts (OJ L, …, ELI: …).’
